Our Story

Certified Addiction Treatment for Substances (CATS) was established in 1999 to provide quality substance use treatment services to individuals and families throughout Colorado.

Holly Moore began his career with CATS as an intern in 2005 while completing a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Deviance, Delinquency, and Crime and a minor in Psychology. Over the years, he advanced through multiple clinical and leadership roles before assuming ownership and operational leadership in 2014.

Today, CATS remains committed to helping individuals overcome barriers, develop new skills, and build healthier, more productive lives.

Staff Include:

• Licensed Addiction Counselors or Certified Addiction Specialists

• At various times we will al have interns or students working towards their certification, licensure, or degree; supervised by professionals

• Deep understanding of criminal justice populations and DUI specific treatment

• Over 50 years of combined experience in addicion treatment

• Certified Family Mediators

• Professional Counselors

• Case Management

• All staff operate under the same guidelines; the human comes first.

We specialize in working with court-mandated populations, impaired driving offenders, and justice-involved individuals. Known for building rapport quickly and helping resistant clients engage in treatment, we believe every person deserves respect, opportunity, and a path toward positive change.
